We both take pictures of the doors.
Of course he can tell you lots more cooler stuff about them than I can. All I can offer is that both of these doors used to belong to John Adams.

Hi Anwyn- Fantastic examples of the type. There’s all sorts of Adams stuff in and around Quincy, a place I often go. They are generally surrounded by the most sad-sack low-budget urban decrepitude you can imagine.

Yes, I noticed that too … a bit of a downer, but Peacefield was really amazing, with all its Adams possessions.
