Just One Thing I Love About My Son
He can listen to (and sing) bluegrass and pop-bluegrass and folk and classical and ’80s pop and classic rock all day long, but if you try to play him Spongebob Squarepants, he puts his hands over his ears.
Good taste at four years old is hard to come by.

There is nothing in this world cuter than a three-year-old singing “There are stars in the southern sky…” along with the Eagles as he rides around Oregon in a car seat.
Unless it’s that same three-year-old saying to his aunt at bedtime with his arms over his head, “Ich hab dich lieb, so hoch ich reichen kann!”
Ich vermisse mein Neffe. *sigh*

Awesome.
My daughter loves 80s pop, big band and Amy Winehouse. She’s only 22 months old, but she’s a better dancer than I am.
Not an especially large hurdle, but still…

Start with any Glenn Miller for classic, then Indigo Swing (the album “All Aboard”) for modern. Sinatra works for Miri: she has been known to shout,”I did my wade!”
