1. I just sent that link to the professor who told me Cubs fans don’t have common sense. Fortunately, he has no control over my grades anymore. :-)

2. I’ve been a Cubs fan all my life (which, thankfully, is nowhere near the 99 years the club has been waiting). I’ve been predicting for more than a decade that 2008 would be the year they win it all — a nice 100 year gap.

   I’d love to be wrong and instead see another title in 99 years (as long as I don’t have to wait that long to see the next one…)
