Funny how the little ones keep you honest...many times I&#039;ve shied away from using an overly judgmental term around my kids...and other times, like in a recent discussion of Hamas, I think &quot;yeah, evil is exactly the right word.&quot;

Because I&#039;m not trying to teach them to be judgmental, but I am trying to teach them good judgement.]]></description>

As the phrases and wordings evaporate, so do the concepts behind them. When I told my daughter, &quot;That isn&#039;t done,&quot; she doesn&#039;t understand and I wonder where I failed.
