Why can't all these people just keep their damn mouths shut?! It took me the better part of 20 years to be able to listen to Cat Stevens, and if the Israel Philharmonic can lift it's ban on Wagner, I suppose I can still listen to JT. At least he's not a raving anti-American traitor-- yet. Jeez, my music, film and literary collections are thinning faster than my hair. Why can’t all these people just keep their damn mouths shut?!

Pravda, of course, makes seeing anything different (such as truth) next to impossible. All celebrity endorsements do for me is realize how stupid these people are when you look beyond the one thing they are good at. Sing James, don't talk. I no longer watch movies with actors who have used their celebrity to promote whatever politics are in style. I'm turning into my father. People are seeing what they want to see. Pravda, of course, makes seeing anything different (such as truth) next to impossible.
