My mother sent me a batch of spritz cookies, one of my very favorites, in the mail--I'm not nearly as good at making them myself as she is. I'm on my fourth one of the day and over the past few days have had as many as six or eight per day ... I tell myself "they're small, not as big as a chocolate chipper" ... but I'm not going to lose any weight till after New Year's, I can tell. :) I’m struggling with cookie quantities right now. This is our Sesame Street, pre-Elmo and when the Count was actually sinister. Of course, I've read reviews that tell us NOT to show it to our kids.
