Cleared for Landing
Congratulations to Chris and Christina on the birth of their little pilot! Personally, though, I’d like to hear from Christina on this claim of two hours, nineteen minutes of labor time. Swift recovery to Christina and lots of sleep to everybody.

Umm..they just had a baby, I don’t think that sleep thing is going to work out.

Anwyn,
Thanks so much!
Mom’s a light sleeper, and DJ likes to be awake from 2300-0400. So this is a little more painful for her. On the other hand, she’s not working right now, so she catnaps during the day. Plus, her folks are in town, so that helps a ton! (Plus her Mom’s an amateur gourmet cook!)
We’re hoping to get little DJ on a more normal sleep schedule ASAP. Hope is a valid strategy, right?!
By the way. . . don’t call him ‘DJ’ around Christina! :-)
Also, thanks for dropping Tater a line for me!

A. Weasel–that was my point, that I hope for better things for them than the usual round of sleep lacking.
Chris–Ouch, a day-night reverser. He’ll get that straightened out, but it’s a PITA while it lasts. Good that her folks are helping!

Thanks, A.Weasel! He’s doing much better now. He’s fussing from 1800-2200 nowadays (which is better than the last two weeks’ 1900-2359!).
