					<description>Here's an idea:  If you work in the service industry, regardless of identity of your customer, don't be a bitch!  There might be a bigger tip in it for you.  Or you could simply remind yourself that customer service is part of your job.  This type of behavior is top of the list of my pet peeves.  Service is truly a dying art.</description>

					<description>I'd think they'd be *more* likely to know who he is in his actual town, because he was a local newspaper columnist until they turned him into the paper's blogger. I'd never heard of him until I started reading blogs either, but I don't live in Minneapolis. People there frequently recognize him and ask him if he's going to put such-and-such into a column.</description>
