But, then, I'm a former musician and a wannabe singer who worked in radio right when Purple Rain came out and, hence, wound up dressing much like The Artist. So, yeah, he rocks my world. Particularly when he riffs Jimi singing a song that Bob wrote. Think of it as a trifecta: my lifetime's most versatile musician singing something once played by rock's guitar virtuoso and written by one of the more impressive poets since, well, Ginsberg and Kerouac.
